Annie Hwang represents literary fiction with teeth alongside a list of established poets. Her authors include John Paul Brammer, Franny Choi, Lilly Dancyger, Carson Faust, Janet Hong, Sequoia Nagamatsu, Hieu Minh Nguyen, and Jihyun Yun. She has been honored to work on books recognized by the National Book Award, the Whiting Award, the National Book Critics Circle, and the Ursula K. Le Guin Prize. Across her list, she looks for writers whose work is urgent as well as formally and emotionally alive. The daughter of Taiwanese immigrants, she is originally from Los Angeles and now lives in New York.
