Laura Crockett is a Senior Literary Agent and the Foreign Rights Manager at Triada US Literary Agency. She joined Triada in 2014 after graduating with her MA in Publishing from Rosemont College. She represents adult and young adult fiction. Laura's clients include New York Times bestselling author Chloe Gong, World Fantasy Award-winning author Tasha Suri, Barnes & Noble Monthly Pick Heather Walter, and acclaimed authors Laura E. Weymouth, Nina Moreno, and Annie Cardi, among others. She is seeking debut and established authors in the fantasy, speculative, contemporary, and historical genres, with an eye toward uplifting voices from marginalized communities. Laura wants to work with collaborative and passionate clients with thought-provoking and exciting projects. Prior to and while establishing her career as an agent, Laura was a readers advisory librarian and millennial book club host at her local public library, a Barnes & Noble bookseller, a student librarian, and a writing tutor. When she's not reading or listening to a book, she can be found singing in choir, playing handbells, trying new restaurants, or traveling abroad. She is a graduate of Rosemont College in Pennsylvania and Ball State University in Indiana. She lives in Indiana with her husband and fluffy black cat.
