Michael Congdon

Following an early career in journalism and public relations, Michael became a literary agent after he joined the Harold Matson Company in 1977. He left Matson in 1983 to start Don Congdon Associates, Inc, with his father, Don, of which he now is President. He has served on the Board of Directors and as Literary Vice President of the the AALA's predecessor, the Association of Author’s Representatives (AAR), and has been a member of the organization’s Ethics, International and Program committees.
