Abigail Koons

Abigail began her publishing career in the foreign rights department of the Nicholas Ellison Agency, where her prior experience in international business proved invaluable to building relationships with foreign co-agents and publishers. In addition to her role as the Executive Director of International Rights, she represents a curated list of both emerging and established fiction and nonfiction authors. And although her tastes run the gamut from popular science and narrative nonfiction to commercial fiction and thrillers, all her clients’ work share elements of adventure, surprise and the unexpected. She has a particular interest in projects that explore our relationship with the world around us.
