North Parade Press
Allison East is the founder and lead agent at North Parade Press, a bookish agency that celebrates the writing life. Allison graduated with a degree in journalism from Abilene Christian University and went on to get her master of arts in publishing at Oxford Brookes University. She launched North Parade Press in 2023. Allison often finds herself carried away by delicious or hilarious food writing, practical cookbooks, books on how to be a Christian in the 21st century, literary fiction with a spiritual bent, and magical children’s books. Allison lives outside of Oklahoma City with her husband and two children. When she is not thinking about what to make for dinner, she can be found writing for her Substack newsletter, Editor & Chef.
