Your query letter should be professional, concise, and sent via email to submissions@lunarliteraryagency.com. We do not accept physical submissions or queries through social media. ​ ​ Your Query Letter Format should be the following: Your email subject line must follow this format: "QUERY: [Genre] - [Title] - [Your Name]" The body of your query should include: A professional greeting using the agent's name A single paragraph introducing your book/series, including word count and genre A brief (2-3 paragraph) synopsis that captures your story's essence A short bio highlighting relevant writing credentials or experience The reason you chose our agency ​ ​ Manuscript Requirements are: All manuscripts should be complete before querying (unless writing non-fiction) Standard formatting: 12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced Include the first twenty pages/or 10 chapters of your manuscript below your query letter
