With over forty years of agenting experience, Heide’s books reflect her background, interests, and passions. An art major in college, her first bestseller was the now-classic book on creativity, DRAWING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BRAIN by Dr. Betty Edwards. As the agency’s president, she has represented books that analyze and guide the roles of women in business as well as both serious and practical nonfiction about health and sexuality, psychology, family and parenting, social issues, nature and environment, journalism, history and biography, memoir, science, self-help and general reference.
