Jaidree Braddix
ARC Collective
Jaidree Braddix is Head of Publishing at ARC Collective, leading the literary management division of the LA-based talent and media company. She represents non-fiction authors who are changing the ways we think about, talk about, and move through the world we live in. Her clients are Guinness World Record-holding athletes, activists who are challenging societal standards and institutions, trailblazers who have created globally trending health and fitness movements, and acclaimed thought leaders who are doing groundbreaking research in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, business, and organizational behavior. She has a particular passion for editorial development and positioning, working with authors to find where their message fits and how it can be heard in the current social and political landscape. She is committed to helping authors turn their assets—be they courageous ideas, foundations for social good, academic studies, popular podcasts, health and fitness programs, or social media followings—into compelling proposals and noteworthy books. She is also a co-director of the Fellowship Program for Literary Agents of Change. She lives in Manhattan, surrounded by arguably too many house plants—and will likely buy more.
