I cut my teeth in publishing at houses like Scholastic and Insight Editions representing foreign and subsidiary rights and agented with Ladderbird Literary and Copps Literary Services before joining Aevitas Creative Management in 2024. In 2022 I served as a committee member on the AALA/LAOC Agents of Change Mentorship program, pairing early-career agents of marginalized backgrounds with senior agent mentors to increase the retention, promotion, and overall health of BIPOC and marginalized agents in the industry.
