I cut my teeth in publishing at houses like Scholastic and Insight Editions representing foreign and subsidiary rights and agented with Ladderbird Literary before joining CLS in 2022. In 2022 I served as a committee member on the AALA/LAOC Agents of Change Mentorship program, pairing early-career agents of marginalized backgrounds with senior agent mentors to increase the retention, promotion, and overall health of BIPOC and marginalized agents in the industry.
